Controllable Bioreactors

Controllable bioreactors by TIA continue to establish themselves: the possibility to easily vary the capacity of bioreactors in wastewater treatment systems finds more and more interest, especially in industrial companies with variable production.

Energy and disposal costs can partly be reduced drastically compared with unregulated reactors in industrial wastewater treatment systems. In practice the regulation of capacity is effected by the operator in the course of daily routine. High performance leaps between 60% and 180% of the designed capacity can be realized, if required, within 1 to 2 days.
